大型侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗(28例报告) 被引量：2

摘要 脑室脑膜瘤80％发生在侧脑室，15％发生在第三脑室，5％发生在第四脑室，其中侧脑室脑膜瘤以左侧多见，且90％发生在侧脑室三角区。回顾分析我院白2009年1月至2012年10月采用顶枕叶皮质入路治疗大型、巨大型侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤28例，临床效果满意，现报告如下。
