发笑发作1例临床与视频脑电图分析及文献复习
摘要
发笑发作（gelastic seizures，GS）又叫发笑性癫痫，是一种相对少见又特殊的癫痫发作类型。2001年国际抗癫痫联盟正式命名为GS，并归类于部分性发作中。本文报告1例去年于我院神经内科做长程视频脑电图（video electro-eneephalogram，VEEG）的发笑发作患儿，现结合临床及VEEG资料和相关文献分析如下。
