摘要
目的:应用三维有限元模型研究模拟腰部拔伸按压手法时腰椎内部结构变化。方法:使用ADINA有限元软件建立腰椎多节段三维有限元生物力学模型,模拟拔伸按压手法的条件。结果:在拔伸按压状态下,腰椎前屈30°椎间盘组织的位移、应变和应力变化最明显,提示在设定的条件下手法治疗腰椎疾患是安全的。结论:应用三维有限元模型可以很好的模拟各种腰部拔伸按压手法的状态,并可以得到与生物力学实验基本一致的结果,为研究腰部拔伸按压手法作用机理提供了一个很好的实验手段。
Objective:To study the lumbar structural changes using a three-dimensional finite element model when simulating stretching and pressing manipulation on lumbar vertebrae. Methods: The biomechanieal three dimensional finite element model of multisegment of lumbar vertebrae was created by ADINA finite element software and the conditions of stretching and pressing manipulation were simulated. Results: In the state of pulling and pressing, the intervertebral disc displayed the most obvious displacement,strain and stress changes at lumbar flexion 30°, suggesting that the manipulative therapy of lumbar spinal disorders is safe in certain conditions. Conclusion:The three-dimensional finite element model can well simu late the various stretching and pressing manipulations on the lumbar vertebrae, and can obtain approximately identical re- sults compared with the biomechanical research, which can serve as a good method to study the mechanism of lumbar stretching and pressing manipulations.
