摘要 心肌缺血再灌注损伤是心肌梗死急性治疗所不可避免的一种损害,它是由多种炎症因子及多细胞信号通路参与的复杂的炎症损伤反应,其具体机制涉及氧化应激、线粒体损伤及钙超载等,目前很多研究旨在探索其发生机制,以便尽可能减小这种损伤。新的因子和靶作用位点不断被发现,对未来临床治疗提供了新的方向。 Ischemia reperfusion injury is inevitable in the treatment for acute myocardial infarction. It is a complicated inflammatory response involved by variety of inflammatory cytokines and cellular pathways, which involved in oxidative stress ,mitochondrial damage and calcium overload. To make the injury minimize,many researhes were carried on to explore the specific mechanisms. The discovery of new cytokines and target sites provide us new orientation for clinical treatment.
