低氘水的医学研究进展

摘要 自从1931年发现氘元素以来,低氘水对生命体的各种生物学效应备受关注。生物体的生命进程对氘浓度的变化非常敏感,氘浓度降低可刺激生命体生长,氘浓度过高可引发各种损伤。本文就低氘水对心血管疾病、糖尿病、氧化应激、生命体的衰老、肿瘤性疾病、辐射等方面的医学研究近况作一简要综述。 Since 1931 deuterium has been founded, the biological effect of deuterium depleted water has aroused wide concern on all kinds of living organisms. Because biological process of living organisms is very sensitive on concentration changes of the deuterium, reduced deuterium concentration can stimulate growth of living organism. And the high deuterium concentration can cause different kinds of damage. In this paper, advances of deuterium depleted water in medicine are summarized, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, oxidative stress, aging, radiation, and tumor.
