药物洗脱支架时代仍须掌握冠状动脉斑块旋磨术 被引量:6

摘要 冠状动脉斑块旋磨术(coronary rotational atherectomy,CRA)于20世纪80年代末期由DavidC.Auth发明,1993年获得美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准,是目前经皮冠状动脉介入技术中唯一能够祛除粥样硬化斑块的治疗手段。在以球囊扩张及裸金属支架为主的介入治疗年代,CRA后的再狭窄率高达30%~40%,而且需要特殊设备和操作技术,因此在很长一段时间内未普遍应用。随着支架的广泛应用,CRA的使用呈下降趋势,在美国的使用率大约为6.0%,而在大部分欧洲国家仅为0.7%--1.0%。我国一些大的心脏中心大多已配备旋磨设备,但使用率普遍较低。
