白塞病并发心肌梗死、心包积液及右心房占位一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者 女性，44岁，因“发作性胸痛10个月、活动后气短1个月”入院。患者10个月前无诱因下突发胸痛，外院行心电图及心肌酶检查提示“心肌梗死”（具体不详），予阿司匹林、美托洛尔及他汀类州脂治疗。
