摘要
结合模型试验及有限元分析,研究了带伞撑空冷支架结构的动力特性。首先选取原型结构的1/4,并按照1/8缩尺比制作试验模型,采用锤击法获得模型结构的动力特性参数;然后采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了模型结构计算模型,结果表明计算值与实测结果吻合较好,说明有限元建模方法比较合理;接着,建立了原型结构的有限元模型,进行了动力特性计算,分析了引起结构扭转效应严重的原因,并提出了考虑扭转效应的设计建议;最后,结合模型拟动力试验研究,分析了结构基本周期与阻尼的变化规律。研究结果可为推广应用带伞撑的新型空冷支架结构体系提供基础研究资料。
This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of air-cooled condenser structure through model test and finite element analysis. Firstly, Selecting a 1/4 substructure, a 1/8 scale model was constructed, The natural vibration frequencies and mode shapes of experimental model were obtained with hammering method; Then, the finite element model of the experiment structure was built with ABAQUS soft ware, the results show that the calculated values agree with the experimental results, the method of finite element model is reasonable; And then, the finite element model of the prototype structure was built to calculate the dynamic character, analyze the causes of the torsional effect of the structure, and design proposal considering the torsional effect was given ; Finally, the basic period and damping variation of the structure was analyzed through pseudo dynamic test of the model. The results of this paper can be used for application of new type air-cooled condenser structure with umbrella brace.
