摘要 目的探讨I-TAC及其受体CXCR3在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法免疫组织化学染色检测22例结肠癌肝转移手术标本和20例结肠癌无肝转移手术标本I-TAC及CXCR3表达,并分析与临床病理特征的关系。结果I-TAC在肝转移组结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为86.36%,无肝转移组结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为45.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。CXCR3在肝转移组结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为72.72%,无肝转移组结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为35.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。相关性分析表明,I—TAC及其受体CXCR3的表达与结肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、肝转移呈正相关。结论I-TAC及其受体CXCR3在肝转移组结肠癌组织中高表达,I-TAC和CXCR3表达与结肠癌肝转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of I-TAC and its receptor CXCR3 in colon carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of I-TAC and CXCR3 were detected by immunohistochemical staining in surgical specimens of colonic carcinoma with( 22 cases) and without( 20 cases) hepatic metastasis. Relationship between the above two indicators and clinicopathological characteristics were finally analyzed. Results Positive expression rate of I-TAC in the colonic tissue of colonic carcinoma with hepatic metastasis was 86. 36%, while positive expression rate of I-TAC in the colonic tissue of colonic carcinoma without hepatic metastasis was 45.00%, there was significantly difference between the two groups ( P = 0. 005 ). Positive expression rate of CXCR3 in the colonic tissue of colonic carcinoma with hepatic metastasis was 72.72% , while the positive expression rate of CXCR3 in the colonic tissue of colonic carcinoma without hepatic metastasis was 35.00%, there was significantly difference between the two groups(P =0. 014). Expression of I-TAC and CXCR3 in the tissue of eolonie eareinoma were positively related to tissue histologie differentiation, lymph node metastasis and hepatie metastasis. Conclusions I-TAC and CXCR3 are highly expressed inthe colonic tissue of colonic carcinomas with hepatic metastasis, which is related to the hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma.
