阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停对2型糖尿病患者血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的影响

Influence of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome on serum SOD and MDA in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSHAS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法选取T2DM患者(DM组)46例,T2DM合并OSAH患者(DO组)39例,正常对照组(N组)40例,记录其姓名、性别、年龄、身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR),进行多导联睡眠检测,测定血清SOD活力及MDA含量。结果DM组、DO组与N组之间相互比较,性别、年龄、BMI、WHR差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。与N组相比,DO组和DM组SOD活力下降,MDA含量上升(P〈0.05);与DM组相比,DO组SOD活力下降,MDA含量上升(P〈0.05)。结论T2DM患者体内存在过氧化损伤,T2DM患者如合并OSHAS,则体内过氧化损伤进一步加重。 Objective To investigate the effect of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSHAS) on the serum SOD and MDA in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The name, sex, age, height, weight, BMI and WHR was recorded in 46 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM group) , 39 patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome complicated with type 2 diabetes ( DO group) , and 40 healthy subjects( N group). All of them taken multi lead sleep detection, and levels of serum SOD and MDA were measured. Results The name, sex, age, height, weight, BMI and WHR had no significant difference in each group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The levels of SOD in serum were significantly lower and levels of MDA in serum were significantly higher in DM and DO group with N group, compared with normal controls (P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of SOD in serum were significantly lower and levels of MDA in serum were significantly higher in DO group, compared with the DM group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Oxidative injury exist in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and the oxidative injury aggravates further in patients complicated with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
