舌癌合并糖尿病患者术后胰岛素给药方法的研究

摘要 目的探讨简便、高效、平稳控制舌癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后血糖的方法。方法将36例舌癌合并2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组按胰岛素与葡萄糖比例为1∶3直接混入TPN袋内经外周静脉输入;实验组采用胰岛素加入TPN输液袋与微量注射泵持续静脉泵入。比较两组患者术后24h内血糖水平。结果两组患者输注TPN液前及8h后血糖水平无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组患者输注TPN液16h及24h后血糖水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素加入TPN输液袋与微量注射泵持续静脉泵入相结合控制血糖的方法能改善舌癌术后患者血糖控制的有效性及安全性。
