摘要 采用多种柱层析技术,从银杏叶内生真菌Aspergillus sp.YXf3发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到5个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构分别为terreinol(1)、cyclo-(L-Leu-L-Trp)(2)、sphaeropsidin A(3)、sphaeropsidin B(4)和4-hydroxy-3-(3'-methyl-2'-butenyl)benzoic acid(5)。以上化合物均为首次从银杏内生真菌中分离得到。神经氨酸酶抑制剂活性测试结果表明,化合物2和4具有较强的抑制活性,其IC50分别为4.67和3.40μM。 Five compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of endophytie fungus AspergiUus sp. YXi3 derived from the Ginkgo biolaba leaf using several chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated as terreinol ( 1), cyelo- ( L-Leu-L-Trp ) (2) , sphaeropsidin A ( 3 ) , sphaeropsidin B (4) , and 4-hydroxy-3- ( 3'-methyl-2 '- butenyl) benzoic acid ( 5 ) by physieoehemieal and spectroscopic data. All of these compounds were isolated from the endophytie fungus associated with Ginkgo biolaba for the first time. Compounds 2 and 4 displayed potential neuraminidase inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 4.67 and 3.40 μM, respectively.
