Innovation Policies Research Framework

全面爆发的金融危机使得诸多国家经济增长放缓,通过技术创新寻求经济可持续发展的重要意义凸显。世界各国均把技术创新作为国家核心战略之一,技术创新政策被视为成就经济发展的关键工具,可以实现国家创造新技术以外更广泛的目标。本文对技术创新政策设计、技术创新政策设计的影响因素以及技术创新政策国际比较研究等方面都以发达国家为样本进行了深入的研究,对未来构建以金砖国家为主的发展中国家技术创新政策研究框架具有现实意义。

The financial crisis made a lot of counties struggle with a slow economy, so the importance of eco nomic sustainable development through technology innovation has been realized by the government. To achieve the economic success, the innovation policy is regarded as one of the key tools to realize broader goals besides the na tional technology creation. This paper systematically reviews and assesses the design of technology innovation policy, the determinants of technology innovation policy design, and the international comparative researches on the technol ogy innovation policy, concluding with the trend of comparative research among BRICS＇ innovation policies.
