职业中学班主任的一点思考

Some Reflections of a Secondary Vocational School Head Teacher

本文围绕中职学校的培养目标和教育特点,针对中职学校学生总体素质普遍偏低这样的学生群体,本人从三个方面来阐述一名中职学校班主任一点想法,以引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,掌握必要的职业知识、基本技能,使之成为高素质劳动者和技能型人才。

In view of the cultivation goals and education features of secondary vocational schools, and students＇ poor qualities, this paper interprets a head teacher＇s reflections from three aspects, so as to guide students to establish a correct outlook on the world, life and value, and master necessary professional knowledge and basic skills.
