摘要
本文从文科实践教学的内涵及在高校人才培养中的重要作用入手,提出文科实践教学的院系级人本化教学管理的措施,从强化师生主体意识的制度引领,关注学生优势需要的开放式实践教学,以及对毕业论文末位淘汰制的完善三方面,强调了文科实践教学的人本化教学管理应重视的问题。
Starting from the connotation of practice teaching of liberal arts and its importance in college talent cultivation, this paper proposes the measures for human-oriented teaching man- agement of college and department level for practice teaching of liberal arts, and stresses the issues that should be paid attention to in the process from three aspects.
