病案教学在儿科教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨病案教学在儿科教学中的教学效果。方法:选取我校2011级临床专业学生186例,观察组93例,对照组93例,观察组给予病案教学法进行教学,对照组给予传统的教学方法。对两组学生的理论、病例成绩及学生对案例教学法的满意度进行观察。结果:观察组学生的理论及病例成绩明显优于对照组学生(P<0.05),病案教学法增加了观察组学生的学习兴趣、临床思维能力、口头表达能力及自学能力。结论:病案教学明显增加了儿科学的教学效果,值得医学院校推广。 Objects: To discuss the effects of case-based teaching on pediatrics. Methods: To choose 186 cases in clinic specialty, we divide them into the observation group and the control group. To give the students in the observation group to case-based teaching, give the students in the control group to traditional teaching. To observe the theory and cases between the two groups and satisfaction rate to the case-based teaching. Results: The theory and cases of the observation group are more higher than the control group. The case-based teaching improve the learning interest et al (P〈O.05). Conclusion: The case-based teaching im- prove the teaching effects, it is worth of spread in medical college.
