本文为探索一条适合高职高专学生英语综合能力的形成与自身发展的需要相结合的途径,结合当前教育教学改革的新形势,提出在新的教学理论指导下,改革英语教材结构与编写理念,进行英语新教材的重构,提出把"公共英语和行业英语"教学融为一体的教改思路。

In order to explore a suitable way to the English com- prehensive ability and their own development of combining for the students in higher vocational college, under the guidance of the new theory of education and teaching, the article has com- bined with the new situation of education reform, proposed the concept of compiling structure reform of English textbooks and reconstruction of the new English textbook. Professional English teaching will be integrated into basic English on this account.
