摘要
中职教育不仅要培养学生的工作技能,还要培养他们就业能力中的人际交流能力。中职语文教学要立足于这一思想原则,根据学生的实际情况,选用贴近生活和工作的教学内容,通过诵读、自我介绍、面试谈话、讨论、演讲等多种口语交际形式的教学来提高学生的人际交流能力。
Secondary vocational education should not only culti- vate students' working skills, but oral communication ability, as an employment ability. Based on this principle, students' inter- personal communication ability can be improved through such o- ral communication forms as reading, self-introduction, interview conversation, discussion and speech, whose themes are come from students' actual situations and daily life.
