目前中职校实训教学存在的最大障碍是缺乏符合市场需求的实训环境和配套的师资。如何寻求一条有效的途径来解决这个难题,通过笔者多年来的探索和尝试,笔者认为加强校企化对接,理实化教学,是解决这个问题的有效途径。
