从马克思原理角度解读生态文明建设中政府“引导人”角色的理论基础

Interpretation of the Theoretical Basis of the Government's "Guide" Role in Ecological Cultural Construction from the Perspective of Marx's Theory

本文在已有的政府角色理论"引导型政府"模式基础上,首先分析政府"引导人"角色在生态文明建设中的的新内涵,继而以马克思主义社会历史观、唯物论和认识论为理论支撑,解读其在生态文明视野下确立的合理性,旨在对十八大报告关于"大力推进生态文明建设"内容作进一步探究。

Based on the present ＂guidance-based government＂ model, this paper firstly analyzes the new connotation of the gov- emmenrs ＂guide＂ role in the construction of ecological civiliza- tion, and then interprets its rationality in the perspective of eco- logical civilization with the Marxist social history, materialism and epistemology as the theoretical support, aiming to make a further inquiry into ＂promoting the building of ecological civilization＂ in report for the 18th CPC National Congress.
