我国商业银行中间业务发展研究

Research on the Development of Intermediary Business of Commercial Banks in China

本文从阐述商业银行中间业务的构成出发,分析并提出目前我国商业银行中间业务发展过程中存在的系列问题。笔者针对商业银行中间业务的发展提出科学管理与运作、创新业务渠道与人才培养的对策,以期对未来的应用研究工作提供实践基础。

From the view of the composition of intermediary busi- ness of commercial bank, this paper analyzes and presents a se- ries of problems of intermediary business of current commercial bank in China in the process of development. As to the develop- ment of intermediary business of commercial bank, the author of this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as： scientific management and operation, innovation of business channel and cultivation of talent in order to pravide practical basis for future application research.
