摘要
采用方便抽样法对北京四所高校98位外语教师的问卷调查发现,同事关系可用学术关系和人际关系两个维度测量。在这两个维度的六个因子中,学术合作对象、学术合作内容和人际交往能力对工作绩效有积极影响,但人际交往对象、人际交往内容和学术合作能力有消极影响。这些影响与教师的信息来源、学习投入和资源分配等因素有密切关系。
It investigated 98teachers from schools of foreign studies in four Beijing universities,by employing the questionnaire with a two-dimension model of academic relationships and interpersonal relationships.It found,the range of collaborators,collaborative activities and interpersonal competence promoted job performance;in contrast,the range of friends,interpersonal activities and collaborative competence were dysfunctional in teaching and research.These relationships could be explained with faculty information sources,learning processes and resource allocation.
