摘要
有关大学生职业成功观的调查数据显示,不同性别、学历、专业背景和学校层次的大学生在职业成功观方面的差异并不显著,但大学生职业成功观对其就业意愿有显著的预测作用。因此,大学生要树立正确的职业成功观,根据实际情况适时调整就业意愿,理性就业;高校要调整人才培养的思路和模式,建立全程化和系统化的就业指导体系,要把科学的就业指导贯穿于大学生从入学到毕业的全过程。
After the investigation of college students’value of career success,it shows that the differences in college students of different gender,education,major and school background on career success value are not significant,and the career success value of college students could predict their employment intention.Therefore,college students should set up the correct concept of career success,to do rational choice;colleges and universities should adjust the thought and mode of talent cultivation,also set up thoroughly and systematic employment guidance system,and run the scientific employment guidance through the entire stage of higher education.
