重组人白介素-11防治鼻咽癌同步放化疗口腔黏膜损伤的效果观察 被引量:10

Therapeutic Effects of Recombinant Human Interleukin-11 on Oral Mucosa Injury induced by Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients

摘要 目的:观察重组人白介素-11含漱液对鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗所致口腔黏膜损伤的防治作用。方法:将62例采用IMRT(调强适形放疗技术)放疗加DF(顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶)方案化疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予常规口腔护理,用生理盐水漱口,出现Ⅱ级口腔黏膜损伤后给予相应处理。观察组在常规口腔护理基础上加用重组人白介素.11稀释液漱口。结果:观察组患者的口腔黏膜反应程度轻于对照组(X2=9.5,P〈0.05),溃疡愈合时间短于对照组(t=3.47,P〈0.05),患者体重下降低于对照组(X2=14.56,P〈0.05)。结论:重组人白介素-11对防治鼻咽癌患者同步放化疗所致口腔黏膜损伤有显著效果,可以减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant human Interleukin-11 mouthwash on oral mucosa injury induced by concurrent chemoradiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Methods:Sixty-two nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with DF chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, conventional oral care and gargle with normal saline were performed routinely, and proper treatments were given at the presence of Ⅱ° oral mucosal injury , while conventional oral care and gargle with recombinant human interleukin- Ⅱ dilution were implemented in the experimental group. Results:Oral mucosa injuries were significantly ameliorated in experimental group compared with control group ( x2 = 9.5, P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the healing time of ulcer was shortened ( t = 3.47, P 〈 0. 05 ) compared with control group with significant difference. Meanwhile, the patients in the experimental group had less weight loss ( x2 = 14. 56, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclu- sion : Recombinant Human Interleukin-Ⅱ is efficient in the treatment of oral mucosa injury induced by concurrent chemoradiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with the effects of ameliorating pain and improving curative results.
