提高司法效率是实现司法公正的必要条件和有力保障 ,也是建立和发展社会主义市场经济的必然要求。要提高司法效率 ,就应当改革法院内部管理体制、提高审判质量、缩短审案期限。

An improvement of judicial efficiency is not only prerequisite and powerful guarantee for achieving judicial justice,but necessity for establishment and development of socialist market economy.To improve the judicial efficiency,we must reform the internal management system of the court,improve trial quality,shorten the time for trial procedure;and develop a team of competent judges.
