中药注射剂不良反应的监测及其重要意义

Monitoring of adverse effects of traditional Chinese medicine injections and its significance

目的探讨中药注射剂的不良反应的监测和重要意义,总结些许医学价值,从而为临床提供借鉴意义。方法选取我院2009年1月-2012年12月4年内收治的100例采用中药注射剂产生不良反应的患者,收集所有患者的临床资料和药物资料,对这些产生不良反应的中药注射剂进行相关监测。结果 100例采用中药注射剂治疗的药物中绝大多数存在着质量标准低、上市前研究较少、药品说明书内容不清晰、说明的不良反应涉及内容较少等。结论对中药注射剂不良反应进行监测,可以有效指导临床合理用药,提高治疗效率,降低不良反应的发生几率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the monitoring of adverse effects of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections and its significance, and to summarize some medical values and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients who were admitted to our hospital due to the adverse effects of TCM injection from January 2009 to December 2012 were included in the study. The clinical data of all patients, as well as the information on their drug use, were collected. Monitoring was performed on the TCM injections with adverse effects. Results Most of the TCM injections given to the 100 patients had poor quality, were studied rarely before becoming commercially available, had no clear instructions, and had little information on adverse effects. Conclusion Monitoring of the adverse effects of TCM injections can provide effective guidance for clinical medication, increase therapeutic efficacy, and reduce the incidence of complications. It holds promise for application.
