丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼麻醉在脑血管瘤栓塞术的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼麻醉在脑血管瘤栓塞术的麻醉效果。方法将10例ASA I-III级脑血管瘤患者,以丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼维持麻醉,记录患者在麻醉诱导前及诱导后的血压、心率、血氧饱和度的变化,记录手术后患者自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间和躁动等症状。结果丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼使患者在麻醉诱导、术中维持和术后苏醒血液动力学平稳,术毕苏醒迅速,清醒程度高。结论丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼麻醉可维持脑血管瘤栓塞术患者的血液动力学平稳、促进定向力恢复、缩短苏醒时间,因此,丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼是脑血管瘤栓塞术中较为合理的麻醉方案。 Objective To observe the effect of propofol-remifentanil anesthesia in cerebral aneurysm embolization. Methods Ten ASA I-III patients with cerebral aneurysm received propofol-remifentanil anesthesia. Before and after induction of anesthesia, blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen saturation were recorded; after operation, time to recovery of spontaneous breathing, time to recovery of consciousness, time to recovery of environmental interpretation, and symptoms such as restlessness were recorded. Results With the use 'of propofol and remifentanil, the patients maintained stable hemodynamies during induction of anesthesia, in operation, and when regaining consciousness after operation, regained consciousness soon, and had high degree of consciousness. Conclusion Propofol-remifentanil anesthesia can maintain stable hemodynamics, promote recovery of environmental interpretation, and accelerate recovery of consciousness in patients who undergo cerebral aneurysm embolization. Therefore, the use of propofol and remifentanil is a proper anesthetic regimen in cerebral aneurysm embolization.
