摘要
长距离倒虹吸管道通常存在进口掺气问题.会影响管道安全运行及输水效率。结合重庆主城区污水过江隧道工程.利用正态模型试验研究了倒虹吸管道进口水流流态,发现气泡进入竖井后易在底部弯管段聚集。在总结国内外多种消除漩涡措施的基础上,提出了适用于竖井式倒虹吸管进口的垂直隔板法消涡措施,解决了长距离过江倒虹吸管道水流掺气的问题。
Air-mingling often lies in inlet of long distance invert siphon pipe. It affects the operation safety and transmission effieiency of the pipe system. Combining with river-crossing tunnel engineering for sewage pipe in Chongqing, the normal scale model experiment was carried out to study the inlet flow con-dition of invert siphon. It showed that the air bubble was easily gathered at the bottom of curve pipe. Based on the comparison between several different measurements at home and abroad, vertical clapboard method was selected as the proper vortex eliminating method for the intet of vertical pit invert siphon. This method solved the problem of inlet air-mingling successfully.
