摘要
通过热重分析法,在不同升温速率下对焦化废水生化处理剩余污泥热解过程中反应动力学参数的影响及特性进行了探讨,根据Coats-Redfern积分法计算结果,提高升温速率可显著增加焦化污泥表观活化能和频率因子。同时.利用红外光谱(FT-IR)对原污泥和热解残渣的性质进行了对比分析。
The influence of different temperature rising rates on the reaction kinetic parameters of the pyrolysis process of surplus sludge from the coking wastewater treatment and the characteristics of the in- fluence were studied by thermal gravimetric analysis in this paper. Based on the results of Coats-Redfern integration method, the apparent activation energy and the frequency factor of the pyrolysis process of co-king sludge were greatly increased by increasing rising temperature rate. Meanwhile, the characteris-tics of raw sludge and residue after pyrolysis were analyzed by FT-IR.
