摘要
分析了气垫式流浆箱的结构和工作机理,比较了流浆箱的控制策略;根据具体的控制方法和工艺要求,提出了符合工艺的控制算法。以西门子PLC作为控制器,组成了系统的硬件结构。实践表明总压控制在3%,浆位控制在5%符合工艺的要求。
The structure and working mechanism of the air cushion headbox are analyzed. The headbox eontrol strat- egies are compared. According to the control method and process requirements, the process control algorithm is presen- ted. Siemens PLC is adopted as a controller, which is composed of the hardware structure of the system. Practice shows that the total pressure is controlled in 3% and the slurry level control meets the technical requirements of 5%.
