内啮合圆弧-摆线液压马达结构设计及仿真

摘要 在分析内啮合圆弧-摆线液压马达结构的基础上,运用转化机构包络法,求出内齿盘齿廓曲线,并将齿廓曲线导入三维建模软件UG绘制内齿盘三维模型。在UG中建立内啮合圆弧-摆线液压马达虚拟样机,通过动力学仿真,得到输出轴的速度曲线,仿真结果表明内齿盘齿廓曲线精度高,运行过程中无干涉现象,且输出轴速度平稳。 Based on the analysis of the structural of internal-meshing arc-cycloid hyclrauUc motor, me inner gear tooth profile curve was obtained, using the envelope method in this article. The inner gear tooth profile curve was imported into 3D modeling software UG to build the 3-dimensional model of inner gear. The whole virtual prototype of the internal-meshing arc-cycloid hydraulic motor was built in UG, and the velocity curve of output shaft was obtained by the dynamics simulation. The simulation results showed that the inner gear tooth profile curve had high precision, there was no interference during the running process, and that the output shaft's velocity curve was smooth.
