摘要
介绍了板锤式破碎机工作原理,并根据煤矸硬度相对差值、物料冲击速度和冲击次数对丟煤率和混矸率的影响进行计算与分析,导出冲击锤转速与煤矸硬度相对差值、冲击次数以及混矸率之间的数学表达式,使在不影响破碎分离效果的前提下设备最小化,机构合理化以适应井下生产环境。
Deriving the mathematical expression among relative difference of hardness of coal and gangue, impact frequency and rate of mixed gangue according the influence of relative difference of hardness of coal and gangue,impact speed and impact frequency of materials on the rate of lost coal and rate of mixed gangue, making its mechanism smallest and structure reasonable to adapt to the underground production environment on the condition of not affecting the separation sequel.
