摘要
为了提高薄煤层刮板输送机的使用性能,研制机头尾液压调高装置和节煤装置,改善了输送机对薄煤层综采工作面的适应能力;研制新型机头架,降低了输送机机头爬升高度;优化中部槽结构,采用新型扁平刮板链,降低了槽帮高度,提高了装煤效果,同时研制液压抬底装置,解决了工作面推进时中部槽的"飘溜"问题。实验结果表明:该薄煤层刮板输送机结构合理,技术先进,可满足薄煤层高效开采的要求。
In order to improve its function, several key techniques have been reformed. Height- adjusting hydraulic equipment and coal saving-equipment in the head and tail of the scraper conveyor have been developed, which improve its adaptation towards the thin coal seam working face. Next, the advanced head structure has been produced so that the height of it is lowered. Then the structure of the middle trough has been optimized by applying the newly-developed flat chain. As a result, the height of it is lowered and the coal-loading effect becomes better. Lastly, the "floating" problem of the middle trough was solved when the coal mining advancing by developing hydraulic pressure base-lift structure. All the above prove that this scraper conveyor possesses the reasonable structure and advanced techniques, which can fulfill the requirements of efficient minin~ in the thin coal seam.
