摘要
针对计算振动筛的运动轨迹和预测其工作性能的难题,提出了利用ADAMS软件仿真的新方法,通过建立仿真模型,在空载和正常转速条件下,运用ADAMS软件进行了动力学仿真,仿真得到的时域信号数据,再利用傅里叶变换得到其频谱,求得振动筛的工作频率和加速度值,进而计算出振动筛的运动轨迹。同经验设计值比较,ADAMS软件仿真结果可信,计算机辅助设计可加快新品开发速度,提高工作效率,降低研发成本。
In order to solve the problem of computing the motion track of the double power round vibrating screen and predicting its work performance, new method of simulating through ADAMS software is proposed. The simulation model of the vibrating screen was built, and the ADAMS software was applied to conduct the dynamic simulation under the conditions of no-load and normal rotating speed. The simulating results are time-domain signal, get their frequency spectrum with Fourier transform, compute the operating frequency and its acceleration value, plot the motion track of the round vibrating screen. Compared with the experience design value, the simulation results are true. the new product design speed and work efficiency is improved and the research and development cost is reduced with computer-aided design.
