摘要
基于Pro/E平台对目前矿井应用较多的滚筒式采煤机截割部进行三维建模,同时利用ANSYS分析软件分析了行星齿轮在行星架变形与未变形情况下的接触应力。对分析结果进行处理,找出行星架变形前后齿轮接触应力的变化,为齿轮的设计和加工提供了很好的理论依据。
Application of Pro/E software for three-dimensional modeling of planetary bodies, the planet carrier by ANSYS software static analysis, and the planet carrier and deformed with the planetary sun gear contact analysis conducted to determine the gear position of the contacting stress and risk and analysis of the deformation of the planetary gear of the aircraft impact.
