摘要
提出一种新型液压驱动式带式输送机断带保护装置,并介绍其结构和工作原理。将Pro/E建立的三维实体模型导入Adams中形成刚性体模型,再将Ansys建立的输送带柔性体模型导入Adams中生成刚柔耦合模型。通过添加约束和载荷,对该模型进行动力学分析。分析结果表明,装置设计合理可靠。
This paper puts forward a new hydraulic drive type belt conveyor fault belt protection, introduces the structure and working principle. Put the three-dimensional entity model which is established by Pro/E into Adams formed in the rigid body model. Put belt flexible body model which is established by Ansys into Adams generated in the coupled model. By adding constraint and load for the model, makes a dynamic analysis. The analysis results show that the device design is reasonable and reliable.
