摘要
分析了带式输送机用单侧犁式卸料装置的受力特点,建立了单侧犁式卸料器的强度计算模型。运用Pro/E建立了单侧犁式卸料器的三维模型,并将三维模型导入到ANSYS Workbench中,进行了有限元分析,将理论数据与Workbench的有限元分析结果作比较,得出理论分析数据位于有限元分析的最大最小应力数值之间,有限元分析得出的最大应力值为结构造成的应力集中,该值远远大于理论计算值,为此在今后单侧犁式卸料器的设计过程当中有必要引入有限元分析找出危险部位进行结构优化。
This paper analyzes the mechanical characteristics and deduces the strength calculations of unilateral plow unloader used in belt conveyor. Using Pro/E establishes a three-dimensional model of the unloader. Puts the 3I) model into ANSYS Workbench and obtains finite element analysis results. Compare theoretical data with the FEA results, we can see that theoretical data is in the range of FEA data scope, but the maximum stress calculated by FEA method shows that the stress concentration point of the structure has greater stress value than that calculated by the theoretical method. So it is necessary to put FEA method into strength analysis of unilateral plow unloader and optimize the structure.
