摘要
针对一种薄壁铝合金细长轴加工容易发生变形的特点,分析了细长轴数控加工工艺。通过有限元软件对细长轴进行了模态分析,分别获得了其前5阶固有频率及其对应的振动变形情况,分析了细长轴各阶模态的振动规律,指出有限元分析对工件在数控铣床上的加工变形分析有着重要的参考作用,在生产中具有广泛的指导意义。
According to the characteristics of a thin-walled aluminum alloy slender shaft's difficult machining and machining deformation easily occurred ,the processing technology of slender shaft was analyzed. The modal analysis was carried out by finite element sofeware, the first 5-order inherent frequency and corresponding vibration deformation were got, the vibration law of every mode was analyzed, and pointed out that the finite element analysis of the workpiece on the CNC milling machining deformation analysis has an important role, it has widely guiding significance.
