摘要
煤矿井下用涂塑钢管,生产工艺及涂料不同,其产品质量和价格也不同,使用寿命也有较大差别。通过介绍几种涂塑钢管的生产工艺和涂料,指出幕帘散布法生产工艺内外涂改性LLDPE塑膜质量可靠,使用寿命长达60 a,性价比高。
The quality and the price of the plastic-coated steel pipe of coal mine underground is different because of the different production process and coating, meanwhile the life of production is quite different. This article points out that the curtain spread process inside and outside coating modified LLDPE plastic film is reliable quality, service life for sixty years and cost effective through introducing some kinds of steel pipe coating production technology and coating.
