摘要 基于单级膨胀式注水封孔器在掘进面"三压带"封孔注水效果及存在问题的试验分析,研制出用于掘进面煤头"三压带"封孔注水防尘的分段式注水封孔器;现场应用表明,掘进头煤体采用分段式注水封孔器进行煤层注水后,掘进机司机处及其后的降尘效率分别达到66.5%及67.6%,取得较好降尘效果。 Based on water injection effect analysis and problems of the single grade inflation type water injection bore-enveloping in the "three-stress-zones" of the driving face, successfully developed the driving face "three-stress-zones "sectional water injection bore-enveloping; The field application shows that, coal seam by the sectional water injection bore-enveloping has water injection dust suppression efficiency after water tunnel boring machine driver and were respectively 66.5% and 67.6%,achieved better effect of dust.
