多功能水射流除锈系统的研制

磨料水射流除锈设备在对检修的矿山设备进行表面修复时,因其操作简易、高效,被广泛应用,但是,在潮湿的环境里工作时,往往因为除锈后不能够即时干燥处理,设备表面很快被环境腐蚀、氧化。研制的这套磨料射流除锈系统,将射流除锈、热气流烘干及雾化表面喷油膜防锈功能,通过结构简单的三相换向阀联结为一个整体,使得射流除锈、烘干和喷油膜保护连续实施,射流除锈系统在矿山设备表面修复的过程中真正发挥主流作用。

The water-jetting derusting machine can derust the equipment in overhaul conveniently and effectively. But when we do the derusting with water ,the surface of machine derusted will be stained by the air quickly. The machine we have developped just now could do Water-jetting derusting,oil- spoutting and stoving in sequence at the same time,so we can keep the surface of equipment derusted with water-jetting clearly and stainless for long.
