摘要 综采综放工作面端头液压支架及超前液压支架侧翻梁机构,为千斤顶直接斜支撑到顶梁体外侧和侧翻梁上,占用空间大且不能完全收回,在更换工作面时需要把侧翻梁调面,经对其结构形式的优化,采用四连杆结构解决了支护、运输及更换工作面需要调整侧翻梁等问题,提高了支护安全性和生产率。 In fully mechanized mining face, the cylinder is fitted directly between the side-seal plate and the outer in face end support and immediate forward support. This kind of structure takes much space in working face, and the side seal cannot closed completely. When the support is used in the contrary side, the side seal needs to be moved to the contrary side too. After optimizing its design, the lemniseates structure is adopted, which reduces the troubles of moving side seals when the support supports, is transported or is changed in different directions.
