This paper analyzes the basic working principle of interference bed separator, anu on Ln~ basis, proposes technical requirements about interference bed separator, analyzes and compares the free settling velocity of different coarse slime, by the speed calculating obtain the effective equation of the free settling velocity of coarse slime.At the same time, take a coal preparation plant for example, analyzes the actual application situation and the effect of interference bed separator, ultimately proposes how to effectively give full use of the advantages and value of the interference bed separator, constantly improve the processing of coal slurry and promote the interference bed separator for coarse slime efficient separation technology advances.
