摘要
软件锁相技术是变频器工作的基础,变频器在煤矿提升机的应用使提升机安全、可靠、稳定地运行,提高了企业经济效益。设计了用DSP320F2812实现软件锁相的控制方法。利用DSP的高速计算能力和捕获单元实现了调频和调相的同步调节,该方法提高了相位和频率的锁定速度。实验结果显示此方法的正确和快速性,实现了对电网电压的准确锁相。
Frequency converter of coal mine hoist is based on phase lock loop,the working of hoist will affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper researched a new digital phase locked loop control method based on DSP TMS320F2812. The high speed computing and capture characteristics of DSP to realize frequency modulation and phase synchronization control. The experimental resules verify the method of governing the frequency modulation and phase synchronization is available.
