摘要
设计了一种基于PLC与MCGS触摸屏的自动无功补偿测控系统。论述了低压无功补偿的原理,测控系统的组成、PLC和MCGS的软件设计。实现现场多种模拟信号的测试与驱动输出控制,数字信息采集显示、参量设定、手动调试控制等主要功能。系统选用了集成PDM模块和智能化数字仪表实时采集多路电量信息,各控制单元之间使用多种类型串行数据总线结构,有效地简化了后期维护。经过在矿热炉电源系统的实际使用,各项技术参数合理,后期维护便利。
Development of automatic controlling system for low-voltage reactive compensation based on PLC and MCGS touch screen.Elaborated low voltage reactive power compensation principle,system's composition structure and PLC MCGS software designed.To realize the variety of analog signal test and driving output control, digital information acquisition display, parameter setting, manual debugging control of the main function.The system is integrated PDM module and intelligent digital instrument real-time acquisition multiple electricity information, each control unit using many types between serial data bus structure, effectively simplify the later maintenance. After apply for power of reactive power compensation systems, the technical parameter is reasonable, later maintenance convenience.
