摘要
在分析矿用电动机启动特性的基础上,采用ATmega128单片机为控制器,设计了一套矿用电动机软启动器的软硬件实现方案。阐述了晶闸管相控调压的数字实现方法,通过实验给出了脉冲触发波形。此软启动器结构完整,处理速度快,可以减轻电动机启动时的启动电流,对保护电机和电网有很大的意义,具有广阔的应用前景。
Analysed mine motor startup characteristics and designed a kind ot mine motor soIt starter based on ATmega128, which contains the hardware and software solutions. Expounded the digital realization method of thyristor phased regulating circuit and gave the pulse trigger waveform through debugging. This mine motor soft starter, having complete structure and fast processing speed, can reduce the starting current when the motor starts. To protecting the motor and power grid are of great significance, so it has good prospect in use.
