推进天津市畜牧种业科技发展的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Promoting the Development of Science and Technology on Iivestock Breeding of Tianjin

种业作为农业的先导产业,是农业科技应用最集中的载体,也是农业科技的核心领域和战略制高点。畜牧种业是产业的源头,是现代畜牧业高效生产、实现增产增收的关键环节。本研究全面客观总结了天津市畜牧种业科技发展取得的成就及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了推进种业科技发展的相关对策。

As the leading induswy of agriculture, seed industry was the carrier of centralized applicating the agricultural science and technology, and also was the core field and strategic commanding point of agricultural science and technology. Livestock breeding industry was the source of the industry, and the key to efficient production and the increasing of production and income. This paper objectively summarized Tianjin＇s achievements and existing problems of the development of science and technology of the livestock breeding industry , and put forward relevant countermeasures.
