青海境内麻花艽野生种质资源调查研究

Investigation on germplasm resources of Gentiana straminea Maxim.in Qinghai

目的对青海境内野生麻花艽的野生资源、生态环境及生长发育规律进行调查研究,为麻花艽驯化栽培提供理论依据。方法通过查阅资料、实地调查等方式对青海境内野生麻花艽种质资源进行调查与分析。结果青海境内野生麻花艽适宜生长在潮湿、半遮阳的河滩、林缘、矮灌丛及草原等地,影响麻花艽药材质量的环境因子主要是土壤与水分,而影响麻花艽种群密度的环境因子主要是群落中伴生植物的高度和密度。结论青海境内野生麻花艽分布广泛,其生长对生态环境的特殊选择和要求以及其生长周期较长这一现状严重影响其繁殖更新,同时人为因素造成资源破坏严重。

Objective Wild resources, ecological environment, growth and development regularity of wild Gentiana straminea Maxim. in Qinghai were investigated to provide theoretical basis for domestication and cultivation of G. straminea. Methods Germplasm resources of wild G. straminea in Qinghai were investigated and analysed via going through all related references and field investigations. Results G. straminea is spread in Qinghai province and optimally growing in river bank, forest edge, shrub and grassland with moist, sub-shading and warm environment. Environmental factors affecting quality of G. straminea herbs are mainly soil and water, Environmental factors affecting the population density of G. straminea are mainly the height and density of communities associated plant. Conclusion Wild G. straminea is wide spread in Qinghai province, reproduction and regeneration of G. straminea are dramatically affected by special growth conditions and relatively long growth period, and human factors result in the destruction of resources.
