摘要
目的:建立相同产地黄芩药材的HPLC指纹图谱,以探讨相同产地黄芩药材的个体差异。方法:采用HPLC法测定20个采自内蒙古赤峰的黄芩样品的HPLC指纹图谱,色谱条件:Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈与0.1%冰醋酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长276nm,流速1ml/min,柱温25℃。运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统分析各个样品的相似度。结果:20个黄芩药材样品的HPLC指纹图谱主要有6个共有峰,样品相似度均达到0.9以上,但共有峰相对面积有一定的差异。结论:相同产地黄芩HPLC指纹图谱分析方法可靠,可为以后研究不同产地黄芩药材HPLC指纹图谱奠定基础。
Objeelive:To study the difference of Scutellaria baicalensis from same production places by establishing HPLC fingerprints of Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods:HPLC fingerprints of 20 Scutellaria baicalensis samples from Neimenggu Chifeng were analyzed by HPLC. The chromatographic condition: Agilent TC-CI8 Column (4.6mm×250rnm, 5μm), mobile phase was acetonilrile and 0.1% glacial acetic acid in gradient elution pmgrarn, detecting wave length 276nrn, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, and column temperature 25℃. The similarity of each sample was analyzed by chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system. Results:20 Scutellaria baicalensis samples had 6 common peaks. The similarity of 20 samples were all higher than 0.9, but there had some differences between the relative area of the common peaks. Conclusions: HPLC fingerprints of Scutellaria baicalensis from same production places will provide a reference standard for the study of Scutellaria baicalensis from different production places.
