色素上皮衍生因子在DM时肾脏病变中的作用及意义

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy,DN)是糖尿病(diabetesmellitus,DM)常见的严重微血管并发症,是导致慢性肾功能不全的重要原因之一。目前,DN的发病机制尚未完全明了,有研究认为,高血糖或血脂代谢紊乱作为启动因素,诱导各种血管活性物质、生长因子、细胞介质和蛋白质等,多种因素综合作用导致了DN的发生、发展,最终由于细胞外基质(extraceUularmalrix,E(IM)过度积聚引发肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化,治疗十分困难吲。因此,深入探讨DN的发生机制具有十分重要的意义。
